SIMPLE SIMON CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:-
CHICKEN                                             1   (DRESSED APPROX 700-800 GM )
MARINADE:-
ONION                                                  2  LARGE (GRATED)
GARLIC                                                4  CLOVE OF GARLIC (PASTE)
SALT                                                     1 1/2  Tsp
VINEGAR                                 2 Tsp
CURD                                      300 GMS(NOT VERY SOUR)
TURMERIC Pdr(HALDI)               1/2 Tsp

NOT INCLUDED IN THE MARINADE :-
JEERA(CUMIN SEED)               1/2 Tsp               
OIL                                          1 Tbsp
GARAM MASALA  POWDER    1Tsp
CORIANDER LEAVES               2 Tsp(chopped)
BUTTER                                   100Gms 

METHOD:-
1) MARINATE CHICKEN WITH THE INGREDIENTS MENTIONED IN THE MARINADE  FOR 6-7 HRS      
     OR   OVERNIGHT.
2) HEAT OIL IN A KADAI (WOK) ,ADD THE MARINATED CHICKEN ALONGWITH MARINADE ON HIGH  
     HEAT,KEEP ON STIRRING FOR TWO MINUTES,THEN COVER AND SIMMER ON LOW HEAT TILL  
     COOKED.
3) ADD GARAM MASALA,CORIANDER LEAVES,BUTTER AND  STIR.
4) WATER IS NOT REQUIRED BUT IF THE CHICKEN IS TOUFG YOU CAN ADD SOME.
5) IT'S A DRY PREPARATION ,JUST THE MASALA COVERING THE CHICKEN PIECES.
6) SERVE WITH CHAPATIES,PURIES OR RICE
