GREEN UNRIPE MANGOES        -  1/2 KG
SUGAR                                              - 1/2KG
KALA NAMAK(ROCK SALT)           - 2 TBSP
JEERA(CUMIN SEED)                   -  1 TBSP(ROASTED & POWDERED COARSELY)

METHOD :-
1). WASH,AND COOK THE MANGOES IN 1 CUP WATER IN A COOKER  TILL 2 WHISTLE.
2). LET IT COOL AND TAKE OUT THE PULP DISCARDING THE SKIN AND SEED.
3).MIX SUGAR ,ROCK SALT,I/2 CUP WATER AND SIMMER TILL SUGAR DISSOLVES.
4).COOL ,ADD JEERA POWDER  AND BOTTLE IT.(KEEP IT REFRIGERATED  )

TO SERVE :-
IN A GLASS  OF COLD WATER ADD 2TBSP OF THE PASTE,(YOU CAN ADD SALT AS PER TASTE)
GARNISH WITH MINT LEAF AND SERVE. 
ITS A GREAT THIRST QUENCHER IN SUMMER,
